Automated Armory Tracking System
The Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune Contracting Office, on behalf of the Provost Marshal’s Office (PMO), is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) for a secure, web-based Software as a Service (SaaS) Automated Armory Tracking System (AATS). The government seeks a modernized platform to digitize Consolidated Memorandum of Receipts (CMRs), track serialized weapons, ammunition, and gear in real time, support digital check-in/out, generate NAVMC receipts, and integrate with barcode/RFID scanners under DoD-compliant cloud hosting. The anticipated contract structure includes a 12-month base period with a 30-day post-award integration window, followed by two 12-month option years. Performance will be at Camp Lejeune, supporting the PMO’s armory operations. Interested vendors are invited to submit capability information in response to the RFI.
