This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research only, not a solicitation, seeking qualified manufacturers of advanced dry suit systems for the 2d Reconnaissance Battalion. The government intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a minimum guarantee of six complete dry suit systems. Required systems include dual-layer breathable dry suits with quick-replace seals, low-profile valves, heavy-duty zippers, full sizing from S to 3XL/T+, thermal undergarments, and ancillary parts.
