This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for two golf carts meeting or exceeding minimum salient characteristics, set aside 100% for total small business under NAICS 336999 and awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract. Award will be based on technical capability, price, and past performance, with the Government reserving the right to conduct a tradeoff and award other than lowest price. Quotes must include all requested line items, FOB Destination shipping costs (even if zero), and required FAR/DFARS representations; partial or incomplete offers will be considered non-responsive.
