The contractor must furnish, deliver, support, maintain, and recover two 7-meter-class RHIBs for training operations at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, plus keep one fully compliant standby RHIB at a contractor-controlled location available within 48 calendar hours after a contractor-responsible failure. The requirement includes compatible trailers; navigation, communications, and safety equipment; delivery and return transportation; vessel documentation; maintenance records; technical support; and corrective-maintenance coordination. Two compliant primary RHIBs must be delivered no later than 16 November 2026 and maintained available through 28 February 2027. The Government will provide fuel, consumables, and training execution. Award will go to the responsible quoter whose conforming quote is most advantageous considering price, technical capability, and past performance.
