Request: Hot chow dinner meals for 90 military personnel for 5 days. Chow will be picked up from the caterer’s location at pre-determined times. Proposed meal menu is attached; substitutions may be offered for consideration. At minimum, each meal shall include (2) proteins, (1) carbohydrates, (1) vegetable, and (1) bread option.
