Addmendment was to change the offer due date from 12am to 12 pm on 5 September 2025. Specifications: The barriers shall be new precast plain concrete jersey barriers. The barriers may be Non-Standard or Non-Department of Transportation. The concrete shall have a minimum of 4,000 PSI. The dimensions: Length 120 inches Width 24-28 inches Height 30-37 inches The finish shall be smooth. The color shall be Dove Gray. The barriers shall have forklift slots at the bottom. The ends of the barriers may be smooth or connecting, as they will be independently placed.

Pre-Solicitation Notice Marine Corps Installations East, Camp Lejeune, NC has a requirement for 325 Ten Foot Concrete Jersey Barriers aboard Camp Lejeune, NC. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition is a set-aside for 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 327331.The NAICS industry description is Concrete Block and Brick Manufacturing. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures).
