PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Contracting Department, MCIEAST has a requirement for a non-personal maintenance service for audio/visual (AV) and video-teleconferencing (VTC) equipment. The services include hardware and software maintenance support, software updates, and material support services. It is the Government’s intention to issue a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The proposed acquisition will be 100% Small Business set aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811210-Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The Size Standard is $34 million. The Government will solicit and award this contract using FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services) and FAR subpart 13.5 (Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services) procedures. This pre-solicitation notice is not a request for quotes. Solicitation M6700125Q1070 will be posted on or about fifteen (15) days after this posting and made available on the Contract Opportunities Portal located at www.sam.gov. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments.
