Th... Marine Corps Air Station New River Chaplain’s Office has a requirement for Catholic Priest services aboard MCAS New River, NC. It is the Government’s intention to issue a firm fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition will be set-aside 100% for Small Business concerns. The associate North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 813110, Religious Organizations. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5. Basis for Award: Award will be made using best value, technical capability, price and other factors considered. The Government intends to make an award to the vendor whose proposal represents the best value to the Government based on (1) vendor’s technical capability, (2) vendor’s past performance using the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS), (3) price. Technical capability will be based on the demonstrated ability to meet the technical requirements. The solicitation will contain the complete Performance Work Statement (PWS). The solicitation No. M6700125Q0022 will be available for download on Sam. Gov or about 15 September 2025. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments.
