Contracting Department, Marine Corps Installations East (MCIEAST), have a requirement to procure Dormitory and Lounge furniture, inclusive of delivery, removal, and disposal, for 2nd Marine Division located at Camp Lejeune, NC. Dormitory items being procured and requiring installation include mattresses, micro-fridges, task chairs, and drapery. Lounge furniture being procured and requiring installation include stools, table chairs, tables, sofas, loveseats, lounge chairs, television stands, and kitchen islands. It is the Government’s intent to issue a firm fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition will be 100% Small Business Set Aside . The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 337122. The NAICS Industry Description is Non-upholstered Wood Household Furniture Manufacturing. The Government will solicit and award this contract in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Aquistion of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13.5 (Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items). This pre-solicitation notice is not a request for quotes. The solicitation (M6700124Q1140) will be posted on or about 15 days after this posting and made available on the Contracting Opportunities portal located at www.sam.gov. It is the responsibility of the offeror to monitor the website for the solicitation and any asspcoated amendments. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov, is required for entities to do business with and receive funds from the federal Government.
