NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Contracting Department, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Beaufort, South Carolina intends to issue a Sole Source contract to Pro-Tainer, Inc. This procurement, for MCAS Beaufort’s Environmental Division, is being conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The required Recycling Containers which work with the Geneva Roll Off Trailer is only provided by Pro-Tainer, Inc. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 336212 with the size standard of 1000 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes.
