PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Contracting Department, Marine Corps Installations East (MCIEAST), have a requirement to procure office furniture (w/installation) at Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, SC. Items being procured & requiring installation include conference tables, chairs, cubicle work stations, etc. It is the Government’s intent to issue a firm fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 337214. The NAICS Industry Description is Office Furniture (except wood), padded, upholstered, or plain (except wood) Manufacturing. The Government will solicit and award this contract in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). This Pre-Solicitation Notice is not a request for quotes. The Solicitation (M67001-24-Q-1074) will be posted on or about 15 days after this posting is made available on the Contract Opportunities portal located at https://www.sam.gov/. It is the responsibility of the offeror to monitor the website for the solicitation and any associated amendments. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, @ https://www.sam.gov/, is required for entities to do business with and receive funds from the federal Government. Businesses will be assigned a Commercial and Government Entities (CAGE) Code & a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number via the SAM website. Companies must ensure that annual representations and certifications are current within the SAM database. Companies must also be registered with Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which if timely received will be considered.
