The MCIEast Cherry Point Satellite Contracting Office, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Cherry Point, NC 28533, has a requirement for procurement of (2) two new laser projectors (to include installation) in accordance with the attached solicitation. The proposed contract action is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334118. Contractors interested in doing business with the government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website, accessed through https://sam.gov. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current in SAM. Contractors must also be registered in the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) invoicing system at https://piee.eb.mil in order to invoice the Government and accept payment. The complete Request for Quotation is attached. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. All questions relating to this requirement must be addressed to the Contracting Department, Contract Specialist via email to jennifer.thrash@usmc.mil by 11:00 A.M. (EST) 12 September 2023, which will be answered by the posting of an amendment. Any questions received after the states deadline will not be addressed.
