This is a Sources Sought Notice for Audio Visual/VTC commercial products with installation of new equipment and removal of existing AV/VTC equipment. This announcement constitutes the only notice for sources sought. An official solicitation notice is NOT applicable currently. The proposed acquisition is to be openly competed and the applicable NAICS is 334310. Any quotes provided will not be accepted, or considered, in response to this sources sought. This document is for information and planning purposes and to allow industry the opportunity to verify reasonableness and feasibility of the requirement for consideration in the overall acquisition strategy, as well as to promote competition. Historically this type of requirement has been procured on an 100% Small Business set-aside basis. Marine Corps Installation-East (MCI-East) Contracting Department is seeking information from all business types to assess the market and its capability. This information will also help in determining the appropriate level of competition and/or SB subcontracting goals for this requirement. BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany, Georgia has a requirement for removal of existing AV/VTC equipment followed by installation, integration, and programming of new audio visual and video teleconferencing (AV/VTC) equipment. Removal and installation shall be completed no later than 14 days after receipt of new equipment. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE. Building 3500, Room 509 aboard MCLB Albany (one room only). A/V EQUIPMENT TO BE INSTALLED. Contractor shall provide equipment specification sheets and design layout with their proposal. The equipment list provided does not include all equipment required to complete the project. The contractor shall determine miscellaneous cables, converters, and connectors to ensure system operation. MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE AGREEMENT: The contractor shall provide a maintenance and service agreement for a period of 12 months that includes a maximum four-hour on-site response time to any reported equipment malfunction or failure. The contractor shall conduct scheduled AV/VTC equipment inspections, cleaning and function testing every 30 days. Contractor shall coordinate date and time of inspection with Government Technical Representative at least 14 days in advance. Equipment inspection shall consist of visually inspecting all equipment for damage and to ensure all components are properly wired and powered. Equipment cleaning shall consist of physically cleaning all AV/VTC equipment. All equipment, to include all filters, will be cleaned internally to remove all dust and particles. All equipment surfaces will be cleaned in accordance with manufacturer recommendations. Function testing will consist of ensuring all audio and visual components are properly working and functioning as designed with the system to include integration with MS Teams.
