MCIEAST Traffic Safety Program aboard Camp Lejeune, NC has a requirement for the purchase of (1) off road motorcycle, (1) ATV and (13) on road motorcyles This will be set aside 100% for Women-Owned small businesses. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for these requirements is 336991, Motorcycles, Bicycle, and Parts Manufacturing. It is the Government’s intention to issue a firm fixed price contract. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR part 13. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. This synopsis is not a request for quotes. The Solicitation number M6700123Q1127 will be posted on or about 5 days after this posting and made available on the Contract Opportunities portal located at www.sam.gov. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website www.sam.gov. All prospective offers interested in submitting an offer must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code).
