Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) Albany, Georgia has a requirement for maintenance support for existing audio, video wall system, and video teleconferencing (VTC) systems. The maintenance support shall include hardware and software, software upgrades, services for the current technical configurations, four-hour maintenance service response time, and material support services that are compatible with the existing operating system. It is the Government’s intention to issue a firm fixed price purchase order in accordance with FAR part 13. The proposed acquisition will be set-aside 100% for Small Business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR part12 and 13. The Government intends to award to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals. The solicitation No. M6700123Q1082 will be posted on or about 5 days after this posting and made available on the System for Award Management (SAM) website at www.sam.gov.
