It is the Government’s intention to issue a firm fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition will be unrestricted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 517111 I.T. and Telecom-Network: Satellite Communications and Telecom Access Services. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This pre-solicitation notice is not a request for quotes. The solicitation, M6700123Q1070, will be posted on or about 15 days after this posting and made available on Contract Opportunities portal located at www.sam.gov.
