NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installation East (MCIEAST) Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Heat Transfer Sales, LLC, located at 4101 Beechwood Dr, Greensboro, NC 27410, Cage Code 8AQ99, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) only one source reasonably available under Exclusive Licensing Agreement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. The requirement is to provide a condensing water heater to a building aboard Camp Lejeune. The infrastructure including boiler piping, electrical, and venting is designed around the Xtherm ASME Condensing Water Heater, Raypak Inc. model WH7-1505A. The Raypak Inc. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses must be received at the Contracting Office no later than 12:00 PM EDST, 17 March 2023, via email.
