The Distribution Management Office (DMO) has a requirement for moving and storage services for deploying service members. Service will include packing, tagging, inventorying, wrapping, and padding, and pickup at designated areas, buildings or barracks rooms, drayage to Contractor’s facility, special handling requirements, handling in and weighing for storage on Government's equipment, handling out and drayage to designated areas, buildings or barracks. Designated areas will be at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and Marine Corps Air Station New River, NC. The proposed acquisition will be set-aside 100% for Small Business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 484210 Used Household and Office Goods Moving. It is the Government’s intention to issue a firm-fixed price requirements contract. The Government will solicit and award this contract using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. This synopsis is not a request for quotes. Solicitation M6700123Q1031 will be posted on or about ten (10) days after this posting and made available on the Contract Opportunities Portal located at www.sam.gov. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website www.sam.gov.
