Revised: The purpose of this amendment is to (1) reopen the solicitation, (2) allow for Full and Open Competition, and (3) extend the due date for receipt of quotes to 12:00 PM EST, 10 Feb. 2023. The MCIEAST Satellite Contracting Office at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, NC has a requirement for the purchase, installation, training and acceptance testing of a commercially available reagent water system the will produce reagent water to meet ASTM D1193 IV. The proposed contract action is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 333310 for Award Management (SAM). Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current in SAM. Contractors must also be registered in the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) invoicing system at https://wawf.eb.mil/. The complete Request for Quotation is attached.
