This service is to conduct technical research and analysis of force sustainment, training, and integration with other Service, Joint, Agency, and Coalition Forces, and the development of recommendations in order to enhance the survivability of the conventional force aboard MCB Camp Lejeune, NC. It is the Government’s intention to issue a Firm-Fixed Price, Level of Effort Contract. The proposed acquisition will be 100% Small Business set aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541611- (Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services). The Size Standard is $24.5 million. The Government will solicit and award this contract using FAR part 12- “Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services” and FAR part 13.5- “Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services” procedures. This synopsis is not a request for quotes. Solicitation Number M6700123Q0023 will be posted on or about five (5) days after this posting and made available on the Contract Opportunities Portal located at www.sam.gov.
