SYNOPSIS FOR ENERGY MANAGEMENT CONTROLS SYSTEMS SERVICES The G-F Department, Public Works Division aboard Camp Lejeune, North Carolina has a requirement non-personal support to provide knowledge, training, and support to assist PWD in the areas of Energy Management Controls System (EMCS), Cybersecurity, Assessment and Authorization (A&A), Authority to Operate/Authority to Connect (ATO/ATC) package upkeep and maintenance, USMC Clound and Cloud-Based A&A support, and data center support/administration for the EMCS virtualized environment, servers, and associated applications. The period of performance will be a one-year base period and two one-year option periods, to begin on or about 25 September 2023. It is the Government’s intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with FAR part 13.5. The proposed acquisition will be a 100% Small Business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541513 – Facilities (i.e., clients’ facilities) support services, computer systems or data processing.. The Government intends to award on a Best Value basis. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. The Government will solicit and award the contract using simplified acquisition procedures. This synopsis is not a request for quotes. Solicitation # M6700123Q0021 will be posted on or about ten (10) days after this posting and made available on GSA eBuy. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments.
