SYNOPSIS FOR ENERGY MANAGEMENT CONTROLS SYSTEMS SERVICES The G-F Department, Public Works Division aboard Camp Lejeune, North Carolina has a requirement non-personal support to provide knowledge, training, and support to assist PWD in the areas of Energy Management Controls System (EMCS), Cybersecurity, Assessment and Authorization (A&A), Authority to Operate/Authority to Connect (ATO/ATC) package upkeep and maintenance, USMC Clound and Cloud-Based A&A support, and data center support/administration for the EMCS virtualized environment, servers, and associated applications. The period of performance will be a one-year base period and two one-year option periods, to begin on or about 25 September 2023. It is the Government’s intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with FAR part 13.5. The proposed acquisition will be a 100% Small Business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541513 – Facilities (i.e., clients’ facilities) support services, computer systems or data processing.. The Government intends to award on a Best Value basis. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. The Government will solicit and award the contract using simplified acquisition procedures. This synopsis is not a request for quotes. Solicitation # M6700123Q0021 will be posted on or about ten (10) days after this posting and made available on GSA eBuy.
