SYNOPSIS FOR PARACHUTE AIRCRAFT CHARTER SUPPORT SERVICES 2D Reconnaissance Battalion, 2D Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force aboard Camp Lejeune, North Carolina has a requirement for parachute aircraft charter services. The period of performance will be a one-year base period and two one-year option periods, to begin 29 June 2023. It is the Government’s intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with FAR part 13.5. The proposed acquisition will be a 100% Small Business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 481219 – Aircraft Charter Services. The Government intends to award on a Best Value basis. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. The Government will solicit and award the contract using simplified acquisition procedures. This synopsis is not a request for quotes. Solicitation # M6700123Q0016 will be posted on or about ten (10) days after this posting and made available on the Contract Opportunities Portal located at www.sam.gov. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website www.sam.gov.
