The items shall be delivered and installed at the designated building aboard MCAS Beaufort. It is the Government’s intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract. The contractor shall provide the supplies listed in the RFQ, in their entirety, on the specified delivery date. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5. Basis For Award: Award will be made using best value, technical capability, price and other factors considered. The Government intends to make an award to the vendor whose proposal represents the best value to the Government based on (1) vendor’s technical capability, (2) delivery, (3) price, (4) Past Performance using the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). Technical capability will be based on the demonstrated ability to meet the technical requirements, including the delivery requirement. The solicitation will be available for download SAM.gov, on or about 25 July 2023. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the government must be registered in the System For Award Management (SAM) database, http://www.sam.gov/ and agree to implement the Department of Defense web-based software application Wide Area Workflow Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) at https://wawf.eb.mil/. MCIEAST-MCB Camp Lejeune Contracting Department, seeks qualified vendors to provide non-personal support services to the Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune , NC and Marine Corps Base Cherry Point’s , New River, NC Water Treatment Plants to execute the Base and Command’s mission in accordance with the draft Performance Work Statement provided. This is a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought only. There is no solicitation available at this time. The RFI is issued for the sole purpose of conducting Market Research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The intended contract shall be for a one (1) year base period with an additional two (2) Option Year periods. The submission of information is for planning purposes only, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any items or services. Draft of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached. The information will not be returned, and no compensation will be provided from any response to this announcement.
