Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(iii), “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.” This requirement is for a quantity of 3, LIFEPAK (LP) 15 V4 Monitor/Defibrillation - Manual & AED, Trending, Noninvasive Pacing, Saturation Pulse and serum pressure, and oxygen (SpO2), Carboxyhemoglobin saturations (SpCO), Non-Invasive Blood Pressure (NIBP), 12-Lead electrocardiogram (ECG), Entidal carbon dioxide monitor (EtCO2), BT. Incl at N/C: 2 pr QC Electrodes (11996-000091) & 1 Test Load (21330-001365) per device, 1 Svc Manual CD (26500-003612) per order. LIFEPAK 15 must be compatible with LIFENET, LIFELINKcentral and MultiTech 4g Titan III gateways for Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Beaufort Fire & Emergency Services, MCAS Beaufort SC. A formal solicitation was not developed but the informal Request for Quote (M67001-22-Q-1087) will be provided upon request. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a response which if received timely, will be considered by the agency.
