Amendment 0001: This amendment is being posted to provide a government response to all vendor questions and extend the quotes due by date to 20 April 2022 at 11:00 AM (EDT). All vendors who have already submitted a quote in accordance with the original solicitation will need to resubmit their quote in accordance with this amendment to be considered for award. MCI-East Cherry Point Satellite Contracting Office aboard MCAS Cherry Point, NC has a requirement to procure a “Tableau Software Subscriptions & Support Services”. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 511210. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures. The solicitation, (No. M6700122Q1045) will be posted and made available on the Contract Opportunities web site. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered with the SAM website accessed through https://sam.gov. Contractor must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website as well. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code). Contractors must be registered with Wide Area Workflow at https://piee.eb.mil in order to invoice the Government and accept payment. All questions relating to this requirement must be addressed to the Contracting Department, Contract Specialist via email to stacie.bell@usmc.mil by 1:00 P.M. (EDT) 29 March 2022, which will be answered by the posting of an amendment. Any questions received after the stated deadline will not be addressed. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation and will be considered.
