Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, North Carolina has a requirement for HCL Security AppScan Software. It is the Government’s intention to issue a firm fixed price contract in accordance with FAR part 13.5. The proposed acquisition will be 100% set aside for small business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 511210 Software Publishers. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR part12 and 13. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. The solicitation will be posted on or about 3 days after this posting and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments.
