It is the Government’s intention to issue a firm fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition will be 100% set-aside for Small Business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 333120- Excavators (e.g., power shovels) Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,250. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This synopsis is not a request for quotes. Solicitation number M6700121Q1283 will be posted on or about five (5) days after this posting and made available on the Contract Opportunities Portal located at www.sam.gov.
