Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to reduce the quantity of machines to be serviced by 2 (Assets 65923008509 / 65923030477) and extend the date for quotes due to 12pm (EDT) on 16 June 2021. The MCIEast Cherry Point Satellite Contracting Office, MCAS Cherry Point, NC, has a requirement for the preventative maintenance services for the Magnaflux magnetic particle equipment in accordance with the Request for Quotation and the Performance Work Statement of the solicitation. The proposed contract action is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811219. Contractors interested in doing business with the government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current in SAM. Contractors must also be registered in the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) invoicing system at https://wawf.eb.mil/. The complete Request for Quotation, including a detailed Performance Work Statement is attached. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.
