It is the Government’s intention to issue a firm fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition will be unrestricted. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13. This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals.
