THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Base Maintenance Division aboard Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, North Carolina has a requirement for Posi-Shell base mix 500 lb bulk sak, P/N: Posi-500-br, quantity (76); and Posi-Shell brown base mix, 50lb bag, P/N Posi-50-br, quantity (120). The Government’s intent is to issue a single firm-fixed price contract to satisfy this requirement. This is a brand name procurement. The proposed acquisition will be set-aside 100% for Small Business concerns. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 325998 (All Other Miscellaneous Chemical Product and Preparation Manufacturing). The corresponding business size standard is 500 employees. The Government will solicit and award this requirement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This is not a request for quotes. The solicitation (M67001-21-Q-1119) will be posted on or about Fourteen (14) days after this posting and made available on Contract Opportunities portal located at www.beta.sam.gov. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website www.sam.gov.
