The MCIEAST Cherry Point Satellite Contracting Office for the Fleet Readiness Center East (FRC) East, MCAS Cherry Point, NC, has a requirement for the Maintenance and Water Treatment services on Hydronic Systems. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Award will be issued on a firm-fixed priced contract. The Government intends to award to the quoter who represents the best value to the Government. Set-Aside: The solicitation is scheduled to be issued as a 100% Total Small Business set-aside requirement The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 237110 – Water nad Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction with a corresponding size standard of $39.5M.
