The objective of the Public Works Division is to ensure continued functionality of the advanced electrical distribution grid. THIS IS A BRAND NAME ONLY REQUIREMENT. The Government's intent is to issue a single firm-fixed priced contract to satisfy this requirement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13.5 This requirement is set aside 100% for Small Businesses.
