MCIEAST-Contracting, Camp Lejeune has a requirement for a contractor to provide water operations support to support 2d AAV Bn. The contractor shall accomplish 2d AAV Bn objectives in support of their water operations by providing safety water craft with operators. A complete Performance Work Statement will be included with the solicitation. The period of performance will include a Base Year with (1) Option Year. The Base Year period of performance will be on or around 15 September 2021 through 14 September 2022. This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via BetaSAM on or around 21 July 2021. The Government intends to award to the quoter who represents the Best Value to the Government. Best Value will be determined by a review of quoters' responses to the evaluation criteria provided in the solicitation. Award will be issued on a firm fixed price requirements contract on an all-or-none basis. The requirement is 100% set-aside for small business.
