The Public Works Division Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, NC and the Utilities Division Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS Cherry Point, NC have a requirement for the delivery of various types of commercial chemicals. It is the Government’s intention to issue a firm fixed price requirements contract for commercial chemicals to be delivered to various locations aboard Camp Lejeune, New River Air Station and Cherry Point, NC. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 325180, Other Basic Inorganic Chemical Manufacturing and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 Acquisitions of Commercial Items and 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This requirement will be set-aside 100% for small business. This notice is not a request for quotes or proposals. The Solicitation number M2000121Q0015 will be posted on or about fifteen (15) days after this posting and made available on the Contract Opportunities portal located at https://www.beta.sam.gov. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website www.sam.gov. All prospective offers interested in submitting an offer must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code). Contractors must be registered with Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at www.wawf.eb.mil.
