MCIEAST-Contracting, Camp Lejeune has a requirement for a contractor to provide Aviation Logistics Support Services to support 2d Marine Aircraft Wing (MAW). The contractor shall accomplish 2d MAW objectives in support of their Aviation Logistics Department (ALD) in the areas of procedures, administration, IT, Supply, programming, and planning. A complete Performance Work Statement will be included with the solicitation. The period of performance will include a Base Year with (2) Option Years. The Base Year period of performance will be from 01 February 2021 through 31 January 2022. This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via BetaSAM on or around 02 November 2020. The Government intends to award to the quoter who represents the Best Value to the Government. Best Value will be determined by a review of quoters' responses to the evaluation criteria provided in the solicitation. Award will be issued on a firm fixed price contract on an all-or-none basis. The requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334418. The solicitation M6700121Q0001 will be available for download via the electronic data interchange BetaSAM. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. The RFI is issued for the sole purpose of conducting Market Research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. MCIEAST-MCB Camp Lejeune Contracting Department has a requirement for support services that will provide contractor aviation logistics support services to assist the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing (MAW). The contractor shall support the Aviation Logistics Department in areas of procedures, administration, IT, supply procedures, programming, and planning. Services will be in accordance with the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract in accordance. The intended contract shall be for a one (1) year base period and two (2) additional 1-year option periods. The submission of information is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any items or services. The information will not be returned and no compensation will be provided form any response to this announcement. Proprietary information submitted will be protected, when so designated. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541614 – Process, Physical Distribution, and Logistics Consulting Services, which has a small business size standard of $16.5 Million in annual receipts.
