This is an acquisition of a replacement wire-tier system and spare parts to be installed on an Excel 210R cardboard baler, located in the Recycling Facility building at the Base Landfill on Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune. The contractor will be required to deliver and install the Unit as well as remove and dispose of all packaging and installation debris. The wire tier system that is removed will be retained by the Government.

The Base Landfill Recycling Facility, aboard Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, North Carolina has a requirement for the delivery and installation of an Accent Model 470 Wire-Tie system onto a Government owned Excel 210R baler. It is the Government’s intention to issue a firm fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition will be unrestricted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 333999 Baling Machinery Manufacturing. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals. The solicitation No. M6700120Q1140 will be posted on or about ten (10) days after this posting and made available on the Contract Opportunities portal located at https://beta.sam.gov.
