The MCIEast G6 Knowledge Management Division aboard Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, North Carolina has a requirement for HCL Security AppScan web security testing and monitoring software and licensing subscriptions to support Government owned software and equipment. It is the Government’s intention to issue a firm fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition will be set-aside 100% for Small business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 511210 Software Publishers. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals.
