Camp Lejeune Wastewater Treatment Facility has a requirement for a hydraulic pump head and power unit to help prevent unwanted wastewater spills that can contain contaminate grownd water, rivers, streams or come into contact with newly nearby citizens. The supplies must be delivered within 15 days after date of contract award. It is the Government’s intention to issue a firm fixed price contract in accordance with FAR Part 13. The proposed acquisition will be set-aside 100% for Small Business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 333996, Other Fluid Power Pump and Motor Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard is 1250. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Procedures. The solicitation No. M67001-20-Q-1104 will be posted on or about 2 days after this posting and made available on the betaSAM web site at www.beta.SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website. All prospective offers interested in submitting an offer must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code).
