The complete Request for Quotation (RFQ), including a detailed Performance Work Statement is attached. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. The proposed contract action is full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 517311. Contractors interested in doing business with the government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
