It is the Government’s intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. This proposed acquisition is being issued on an UNRESTRICTED basis. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811213, Communication Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The Government intends to award to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5. The Government intends to award to the quoter that provides the quote that is considered the Best Value to the Government. Award will be made approximately ten (10) business days after closing of response period. A complete statement of work will be included with the solicitation. The solicitation No. M67001-20-Q-0030 will be posted on or about 2 days after this posting and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at www.fbo.gov. All responsible businesses may submit a quote, which will be considered. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments.
