Pre-Solicitation Notice – M67001-20-Q-0026 The Marine Corps Installations East-Marine Corps Base (MCIEAST-MCB) Camp Lejeune, NC has a requirement to provide Contractor Vetting and Commercial Vehicle Escort Liaison Services at various gates aboard Camp Lejeune, NC and Marine Corps Air Station New River, NC.. The requirement is for a base period with one (1) option period and an additional six (6) month option period, to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total estimated Period of Performance is thirty (30) months. The Government intends to award to the quoter who represents the best value to the government. Award will be issued on a firm-fixed purchase order on an all or none basis. This requirement is 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside, the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561110, Office Administrative Services. The business size standard is $8.0 million. All offerors will be required to submit a technical proposal in accordance with instructions in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available for download via the electronic data interchange at beta.SAM.gov, www.beta.SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments.
