Synopsis: M6700120Q0013 Description of Requirement: Protestant Director of Religious Education Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Beaufort, South Carolina has a requirement for Protestant Director of Religious Education. This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation, M6700120Q0013, is scheduled to be released via Federal Business Opportunities (www.beta.sam.gov) on or around January 13, 2020. This announcement is a pre-solicitation notice only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The anticipated procurement will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price contract for a Base year and 2- (12 month) option periods. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR Part 13, Commercial Items. The Government intends to award to the quoter who represents the best value to the Government. Set-aside status: The solicitation is scheduled to be issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside requirement. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) for this requirement is 813110, Religious Organizations. The business size standard is 7.5M. Conducting Business with the Government: In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
