The purpose of this sources sought notice is to seek out interested businesses capable of fulfilling a service requirement. The Government does not intend either to award a contract based on this sources sought or to pay for the information submitted. This sources sought is intended solely for information and planning purposes as part of Marine Corps market research. No final solicitation, performance work statement, specification, or requirements package is available at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure devices or to issue a solicitation. The Marine Corps Installations East (MCIEast) Contracting Department aboard Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina are performing market research to determine available sources that can provide: Liquefied Petroleum: - Provide liquefied petroleum deliveries to specified locations aboard both installations Locations where services will be provided: -Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune Public Works Division -Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point Public Works Division The applicable NAICS code is 221210, Natural Gas Distribution. In addition, interested vendors shall provide the following information: (1) Firm Fixed Pricing will be requested for a duration of 36 months. Please indicate your ability to provide 36 months of firm fixed pricing. (2) Is your business a large or small business under this NAICS code? (3) If the size standard is small, indicate if your firm is certified under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, HUBZone certified, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Woman Owned Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business or Small Business. (4) Have these services been acquired by any government agencies? If so, please provide names of agencies, POCs and contract numbers. (5) Business name and address (6) Name of company representative and title (7) Phone number and email address of company representative (8) Cage Code and DUNS Number. Cage Code and DUNS number must be registered on Systems for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov) Proprietary information and trade secrets, if any, must be clearly marked on all materials. All information received that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All Government and contractor personnel reviewing received responses will have signed nondisclosure agreements and understand their responsibility for proper use and protection from unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information as described in 41 USC 423. The Government shall not be held liable for any damages incurred if proprietary information is not properly identified.
