The Fleet Readiness Center East (FRC East), Marine Corps Air Base Cherry Point, NC has a requirement to provide upgrades to the existing systems in the VTC Suite of Building 1, MCAS Cherry Point, NC. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition is a 100% Set Aside for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334310. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5. The Government intends to award to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. Award will be issued on an all or none basis.
