NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installations East, Marine Corps Base, camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Environmental Systems Research Institute, 380 New York St, Redlands CA, 92373-8118. Restrictive Rights. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. The requirement is for Arc350 Professional Services to support geographic information systems, including Map IT and Map IT/Comm prrograms. The required delivery date is 27 September 2019. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisify this requirement.
