NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installations East, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Advanced Equipment Company, 1408 Center Park Drive, Charlotte NC, 28217. Exclusive Licensing Agrements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. The requirement is for Mobilex Storage System and Stationary Lockers, both with sub-floor and connection to sub-floor. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisify this requirement.
