The Marine Corps Installations East/ Marine Corps Base (MCIEAST/MCB) Public Works G-F Department aboard Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, NC has a requirement for the non-personal support services to provide operation, management, optimization and maintenance to for the accreditation of the Industrial Control System/Operational Technology (ICS/OT) including the informational technology assets located aboard MCB Camp Lejeune, North Carolina and Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) New River, North Carolina. The period of performance will be for a base period of 12 months with two option periods of 12 months each. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with FAR Part 13. This proposed acquisition is being issued on as an 100% Small Business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541513 - Computer Facilities Management Services. The Government intends to award to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5. The Government intends to award using Tradeoffs/Best Value. Award will be made approximately ten (10) business days after closing of response period. A complete statement of work will be included with the solicitation. The solicitation No. M6700119Q1241 will be posted on or about 10 days after this posting and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at www.fbo.gov.
