The total estimated Period of Performance is (12) months. This is not a request for quote responses. This announcement is a pre-solicitation notice and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Award will be issued on a firm-fixed priced purchase order on an all or none basis. This requirement is 100% set aside for Small Business pursuant to FAR 52.219-6. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, with a business size standard of $36.5 million. All offerors will be required to submit a technical proposal in accordance with instructions in the solicitation.
