This is a Presolicitation Notice. Contracting Department Camp Lejeune has a requirement for the rental and servicing of portable toilets and handwashing stations that will be used across Camp Lejeune at multiple locations. The proposed acquisition will be set-aside 100% for Small Business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 562991, Septic Tank and Related Services and the Small Business Size Standard is $7.5 million. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm fixed price contract in accordance with FAR Part 13. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part12 and FAR Part 13. The solicitation No. M67001-19-Q-1203 will be posted on or about 15 days after this posting and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website.
