It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition is 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NACIS) code for this requirement is 314120, Curtain and Linen Mills and the Small Business size standard is 750 employees. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13. The Government intends to award to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. The RFQ documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100, effective 22 August 2018 and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20190215 effective 15 February 2019. The solicitation, (No. M6700119Q1202 ) will be posted on or about 11 March 2019 made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at https://www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments.
